POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of the Senior Compensation and Benefit Officer (GOC) is to assist the Manager, Compensation & Benefits (GOC) to provide a fully integrated payroll service, to include completion of payroll and tax processing, ensuring information is processed in accordance with internal procedures and statutory requirements across the Asia commercial market.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Manage the payroll and tax processing for Asia commercial markets, with Hong Kong as pilot, including variable pay and benefits
  • Prepare payroll reports and manage the information where applicable
  • Supports C&B program administrative and operations, include but does not limit to clothing allowance setup maintenance, medical movement enrollment
  • Support HRIS and payroll system administration and data maintenance
  • Resolve payroll requires and escalate if necessary
  • Support in other HR projects as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in the field of HR or fast-paced environment (preferably in an international organization and fashion or retail industry)
  • Experience in Payroll process is a must; knowledge for payroll for Asian countries is a plus

    Education:
  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent

    Skills:
  • High accuracy
  • Mature, independent, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Be able to work under tight timeline and multi-tasking
  • English fluent (written and oral)
  • MS-Office skills, Workday experience highly preferred
  • Be flexible to work in a dynamic environment
  • A good team player
