We seek a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a passion for growing a career in wholesale footwear sales to join our European team.

We seek people who:

· Execute comprehensive strategic plans for international entry strategies through partner identification, expansion of brand and/or expansion of product categories

· Meet / Exceed sales and profit plans Goals assigned annually

· Build relationships with key sales agents and retailers to build business across Europe

· Maintain brand standards

· Assist in the successful launch and then, continued performance of European accounts. Specific relationship and protocols to be established for premiere partnerships

· Ensure partners have and are using assets, collateral, and product knowledge to meet brand integrity, revenue goals, profit goals and relationship expectations

· Perform other divisional assignments that assist in the division revenue and profit growth

We seek people with these qualifications:

· BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and industry relevant work experience.

· 5+ years of experience in Sales, Finance, Business Development, Licensing or Merchandising

· Proficient in Microsoft Office required (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong partnering and negotiating skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet competing demands in a fast-paced environment

· Strong analytical and financial analysis skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to travel to stores, accounts and industry shoe shows
