The Role

The Partnership Specialist must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have experience creating new partnerships and building relationships with new and existing brand partners. This role will serve as the main point-person for our external PR team and act as the bridge between our partnerships, marketing, and PR teams. Partnership Specialist will ensure our brand partners have all necessary materials. The Partnerships Specialist will develop new partnership strategies by working with internal and external teams to create, manage, and improve new and existing partnerships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create partnership strategies 
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop brand materials and all partnership messaging
  • Manage existing partnerships and seek out prospective partners
  • Project manage partnership operations with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and improve upon processes
  • Continuously measure, report on, and improve partner opportunities 
  • Serve as point-of-contact for external PR team (press, media, events, etc) 
  • Develop and write internal partnership decks and documents

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2+ years experience in partnerships
  • Ability to foster professional relationships with external partners
  • Strong branding, writing, and editing skills
  • Good eye for well designed, and well branded materials
  • Skills in photoshop 
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and demonstrate leadership skills
