Malone Souliers is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Ecommerce team and assist with the growth of our digital channels. Within the role, you will provide daily support to the Ecommerce Assistant and Senior Ecommerce Manager. Daily tasks will include product and content uploads, development and testing, customer service and logistics, and general day-to-day admin.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem solver, and someone who feels confident working in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity will cover the following tasks:

  • Support the Ecommerce Assistant with managing customer service and made-to-order enquiries, order dispatch and returns
  • Support with the smooth running of all ecommerce logistics, providing daily support for the Ecommerce Assistant
  • Assist with product and campaign launches across our global ecommerce channels
  • Assist with updating the ecommerce style tracker with delivery dates, allocations, shoot dates, prices etc.
  • Assist with the management of the Farfetch platform; tracking orders and dispatch, creating new products, managing stock
  • Keep internal stock sheets and systems up to date
  • Ensure all available product is online across the appropriate channels, and stock is accurate
  • Ensure all pages on the site are updated and correct, performing regular site walks and testing to identify any issues
  • Perform regular checks of product information, ensuring correct and updated where necessary (prices, images, stock etc.), as well as assisting with merchandising
  • Assist with updating the trading/marketing calendar, ensuring we’re aligned with the marketing and communication teams
  • Assist with the creation of ecommerce reports and presentations
  • Assist with testing, development, and the optimisation of our online channels
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written English and strong oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop beneficial
  • Knowledge of Shopify or similar CMS preferential but not essential

More details:

  • Reporting to: Senior Ecommerce Manager
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm
  • Salary: National Minimum Wage
  • Length of internship: 9 months

This role is based in London, and you must be eligible to work in UK.
