We do this in a way that has never been done before by giving them a 360 experience through leveraging our platform, infrastructure, team and experience all in one place. 

We do everything in house and we have helped some of the biggest creators launch their own brands whether that’s DTC brands (cosmetics, fashion or fitness etc) or their own digital brands (mobile apps, courses, membership clubs, gated content) or traditional talent management.

The Head of Client Acquisition:

We are focussed on growing the business in 2021 and beyond and are looking for someone to lead our growth team to help source the next group of $1m brands.

The acquisition team identifies the best talent across our verticals, plans our acquisition strategy, builds our outreach material, and reaches out in a systemised way to generate leads.

You will need to be in tune with popular talent across the major channels: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, as well as being experienced in a systemised approach to lead-generation and management.

You should be hungry to learn about what we do and have a passion to work in a fast-paced environment.

What the Head of Client Acquisition will do:

  • Build a database of global creators with the platform and potential to create their own business
  • Understand the business goals and objectives, and link our acquisition to that. Utilise Genflow’s analytics to evaluate prospective client’s potential, reach and engagement, and industry nouse to identify talent with potential to launch their own brand
  • Manage the creation of sales outreach material to describe Genflow’s offering to new clients
  • Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to build out targets and strategy for new client acquisition
  • Manage a systemised approach to new clients outreach, and build relationships over the sales process
  • Develop innovative approaches to get clients attention
  • Diligently work using our sales CMS system (Pipedrive) to document and keep track of ongoing leads.
  • Review, update and build sales presentations for individual clients
  • Manage a team of sales executives and ensure they are meeting targets 

Experience of the Head of Client Acquisition:

You will have experience in managing a sales team, and in acquiring either high value customers or clients for a business. You will have a record of driving results, be able to explain how they were achieved and describe how the company was impacted.

Beneficial, but not vital: You will have a passion for the influencer industry and watch digital content in your spare time. You should know what it takes to build an audience and be able to spot talent that have the ability to grow their own brand.

  • Previous experience working in a similar role where you were responsible for new business acquisition or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills and have the ability to shape a compelling pitch
  • Strong relationship management ability
  • Good organisation and task tracking skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ability to think on your feed and the perseverance to work with cold leads.
  • Ability to create coherent reports from scratch
  • Ability to source relevant research and business insights for our prospective clients
  • A passion to learn independently
  • Possess a business acumen or education
  • Team player
  • Quick moving
