We're looking for an EMEA Campaigns Manager, with a global growth mindset to scale Shopify in the region, by creating a unified and seamless experience for prospective merchants to interact with our brand and products. You will be responsible for creating and executing regional and local marketing campaigns with the overall objective of generating awareness and demand in the region for Shopify products such as Plus, Money and Shop Pay.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales and marketing teams as well as in-market teams to identify opportunities for efficient marketing campaigns that can grow our merchant base and scale our impact
  • Plan and execute regional and local marketing campaigns for Shopify products from driving awareness to customer acquisition. This will include coordinating content creation, paid advertising and online and offline events.
  • Partner closely with the global demand generation and go-to-market teams to oversee and localise global campaigns in the region.
  • Develop and manage the EMEA campaigns calendar and provide visibility over global, regional and tactical campaigns
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our markets, merchants we're targeting, and the approaches to marketing, comms and engagement that are most likely to connect with them.
  • Drive ‘local to global' exchanges of ideas, context, and strategy to help continue to strengthen our new working model, highlighting what's working, what's not, and what else is required to augment the growth strategy.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (ideally in SAAS) and proven abilities in being able to build, execute and optimise demand generation campaigns, both paid and organic.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills - ability to report weekly to different audiences and stakeholders and mine insights and trends from the data.
  • Experienced in working in global organisations in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experienced in tooling such as Salesforce CRM and Marketo .
  • Loves working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. This is someone who isn't afraid of change and can thrive in it.
