  • Job Overview : The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager, Digital Business Enhancements, is to execute site wide strategies and assist with the rollout of new site enhancements to improve the customer experience and drive order conversion by leveraging their knowledge of the technical and functional workings of their area of business. A successful candidate will have passion for merchandising and partnering with Product Enhancement teams to bring new ideas into the customer journey. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to assist in executing business priorities. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Business Enhancements.


Core Job Responsibilities:
  • Be a specialist in the systemic and customer facing functionality of their area of business
  • Perform administrative level updates in content management systems
  • React quickly to urgent data update requests and use business driving judgement while executing
  • Build trusting cross-functional relationships with Site Merchandising, Product Management, Technical Producers, UX/UI Teams, Marketing, Merchant Marketing, and outside vendors when applicable
  • Partner with Site Merchandising to optimize the customer experience based on knowledge of the category, industry trends and customer behaviors
  • Assist with the roll out of new digital enhancements by training Site Merchandising on new data set up processes
  • Ensure that your business partners feel involved and informed at all times through transparent communication
  • Use key metrics of customer behavior, conversion & revenue along with strategic problem-solving skills to propose business driving ideas
  • Be a champion for the business and user experience from a site-wide perspective
  • Assist with competitive analyses to stay current on industry trends


Job Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience within E-commerce
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Must be extremely internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Ability to multitask and re-prioritize based on business needs
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, a quick learner and a team player
  • Must have business analytical skills
