As the Manager, Coach (Re)Loved (Sustainability), Coach, the individual in this newly created role will be responsible for the execution and optimization of all operational aspects of Coach (Re)Loved-Coach's circular fashion (recommerce) program aimed at keeping our products in use and out of landfills by creatively reimagining or recyling pre-loved items and giving them a second life. This manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, repair workshop, retail operations, logistics, creative, finance, eCommerce and customer experience to achieve Coach (Re)Loved operational targets. They will also support the Coach Director of Sustainability as needed on the implementation and execution of other brand sustainability programs/projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in ecommerce or recommerce, supply chain, retail operations, and program/project management. They will also have a deep understanding of retail systems and workflows, and a passion for sustainability and implementing business models that reduce environmental impact and position Coach as a sustainability leader.

- Support Coach Director of Sustainability in building and scaling Coach (Re)Loved-implementing program innovation, scaling profitable operations, and continually improving environment impact
- Drive cross-functional coordination across end-to-end operations of Coach (Re)Loved program-including customer takeback, design, production planning, product development, photography, logistics and sale readiness-to ensure seamless monthly execution and to meet operational targets and timelines
- Evaluate current processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement of business/operational processes to enable seamless execution and continued scaling of Coach (Re)Loved
- Ensure efficient communications across both internal and 3rd party partners
- Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams on technology enablement (including evolving existing systems and/or implementing new systems) required to automate workflows and efficiently scale Coach (Re)Loved
- Continually scan competitive recommerce market, understand evolving industry benchmarks and identify relevant best practices to integrate into Coach (Re)Loved strategies and processes
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards for sustainability, including customer and business metrics

The accomplished individual will possess...
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required
- 5 + years prior experience working in a sustainability, recommerce/ecommerce role and/or P&L/operations finance management in the retail/fashion industry or an equivalent combination of work and education experience
- Exceptional project management skills; adept at planning and managing complex cross-functional initiatives and solving problems to drive execution
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners at all levels
- Creative problem solver with strong business acumen and ability to innovate
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and drive with urgency
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player with positive attitude, strong initiative and self-motivated drive
- Start-up experience a plus
- Management consulting experience a plus
