The Team

Fitting within the wider People and Campus function, the Digital People and Campus team are a group of dependable, innovative thinkers, who are empowered to support the delivery, enhancement, & maintenance of the People & Campus systems to help drive the People and business strategies forward. We also aim to establish and create a data driven infrastructure to provide insights to support informed people decision making. PVH Europe currently uses HR Applications including Workday, ServiceNow, and PeopleDoc. In addition to managing and implementing these and other systems, we are also responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical interfaces to others systems, such as StorForce and multiple payroll solutions. We act as key stakeholder managers between the corporate systems team in the US, European HQ in Amsterdam, and the market organizations across Europe.

The Position

As a member of the Digital People and Campus team, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the optimization of projects throughout their lifecycles from analysis through design, implementation, execution and innovation. This will be a combination of implementing and maintaining integrations, and executing the delivery and support of new and existing features in our systems landscape, continuously enhancing and optimizing solutions and ways of working. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction
  • Work closely with internal customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards
  • Provide day-to-day support, maintenance of systems, troubleshooting, and resolution of all related platform issues with providers, internal technology owners and external third party vendors and partners
  • Manage systems integration efforts to ensure new or modified systems operate effectively in the environment and provide documentation, ongoing adaptation and support
  • Participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations
  • Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents and change requests
  • Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the HR Systems area, by staying abreast of new trends such as AI and robotics, future enhancements and leveraging best practices

The Ideal Candidate:
  • University degree with 4-7 years of related work experience or post-secondary degree with minimum of 8 years of related work experience
  • Experience in project management, requirements gathering, vendor management and communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals
  • Particularly strong Excel skills to analyze and format data, proficient in MS Office suite, and project management tools
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and keep deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Experience in complex, international environments, with fluency in English
  • Experience working with and integrating Workday with various applications (payroll, time & attendance, ecommerce, travel management, etc.)
  • A proven track record of delivering IT strategy and the ability to work on innovation, continuous improvement and next generation HR IT
