The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

PVH Europe is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry by driving full digitization along the company's entire value chain, from product design to the end-consumer. A close collaboration between our 5 European Market Hubs are key to that. Our Business Development & Market Coordination team aims to support the company as CEO staff function - on the one hand with a European scope, on the other hand with a Region West scope. Focus lies with driving commercial strategic priority setting and collaboration & communication between all Sales regions in Europe and to join company-wide strategic projects as Market Operations Expert. As part of the Business Development & Market Coordination team you will be sitting with the Business Development Region West as Europe's biggest Sales Region. We are looking for passionate individuals who will support with great passion, ownership, spirit and entrepreneurship. Key focus of the role: Management Support & Commercial Strategy.

The role will work closely with the Senior Market Coordination Lead, as well as the Sr. Director Business Development & Marketing Europe West with focus on general management activities such as Business Analysis, Business Concept Paper, Market Coordination, Meeting Preparation, Digitalization, Business Innovation and more. The role will have the great opportunity to learn 360° what it means to work for and with the top management of a future oriented & innovative global fashion company/trading company in a highly dynamic and digital market environment and to bring together all commercial aspects.

A day in the life of a (Junior) Specialist Business Development & Market Coordination (m/f/x):
  • You will support in preparing Management Meetings
  • You will support in coordinating & preparing pan-European commercial business requests such as business analysis, competitor analysis, market potential etc.
  • You will support in setting up & visualizing business concept paper etc.
  • You will do minor administrative Project Management Support (PMO) incl. project planning, reporting & tracking of cross-functional projects
  • You will support in various commercial & business analysis
  • You will coordinate, collaborate and communicate with different stakeholder in different markets

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or similar focus of studies
  • At least 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in Business Development, Project Management, Inhouse Consulting or with a known consultancy firm
  • A personal preference for commercial Strategy, entrepreneurship & 360° business thinking
  • A quick thinking & good understanding of general (business) coherence of complex information
  • A performance-, data driven- and service-oriented- mind-set
  • A solution-oriented, flexible and pragmatic way of thinking and acting
  • A charismatic and communicative personality with strong team spirit and empathy and an understanding of high management requirements
  • The willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Very good MS office skills (Excel, Power Point)
