The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We`re searching for ambitious individuals that support our expansion business in the region west to realize and develop our expansion strategy for the coming years. In this role you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks of the expansion, both for the retail and wholesale business. You will work in close collaboration with your manager and a team of five passionate colleagues to drive the strategic of the expansion within the Region West.

A day in the life of a Coordinator Support Retail/Wholesale Expansion (m/f/x):
  • Organizational talent: You support the expansion department by taking over the processing of administrative tasks within the planning, procurement and implementation of our store projects on your own responsibility
  • Independent preparation of project overviews and presentations
  • Constant exchange with the legal department for the processing of contractual documents e.g. lease agreements
  • Implementation and continuous optimization of various management processes of our retail and wholesale business
  • Market and location analyses to facilitate the decision-making process for expansion
  • Support measures such as lease renegotiations through to store closings
  • Correspond with landlords and franchise partners to support negotiations and consultations with the manager
  • Interface for all relevant departments and their requests such as Controlling, Visual Merchandising and Marketing

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A completed apprenticeship or a university degree in a commercial/business field
  • A strong analytical mind-set and understanding of numbers and measurements
  • The ability to prioritize and analyze especially market and location analysis
  • A passion for problem solving, solution oriented as well as high organizational skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively on all levels especially within the team and stakeholder
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • Good skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
