The Team
The Global Marketing Management team is the centralized content management and creation function of our brand's global marketing hub. Including people, processes, and technology that enable the global marketing team to create, manage and deliver meaningful, engaging and innovative content that connects with our consumer, efficiently and consistently, to scale, globally. It serves as the centralized hub of our global marketing team, delivering planning, governance and support to allow core marketing functions to focus on delivering value. With a focus on content management and its optimization - from planning and budgeting to production and execution. Creating global consistency across all of our operational delivery. The Global Marketing Management team drives operational excellence.

The Position
The Creative Producer is a pivotal role for our team and the interface with the Creative Marketing team. Key contact to production teams and responsible for project production deadlines and budgets.

You'll be driving process implementation, resourcing and managing project teams, facilitating creative workflow, managing external vendors, shooting and producing creative assets, ensuring production quality and making sure work is delivered accurately, on budget and within deadline. Evaluating all aspects of imagery production and constantly seeking out efficiencies and improvements in day-to-day workflow, identifying and driving forward potential improvements and implementing them.

Key Responsibilities:

Areas of responsibility including but not limited to the following:

Project Management
  • Planning and managing creative and studio resource for current and future projects workflow.
  • Monitor daily resourcing and activities for project teams. Work with Creative Operations to monitor creative scheduling and forecast project needs.
  • Planning and budgeting time, scheduling reviews and routing approvals and feedback
  • Responsibility for project deadlines. Compiling timing plans, keeping the team updated as projects progress and seeking to resolve issues before problems arise
  • Implement (RACI) process for project kick off / planning / approvals with key stakeholders
  • Responsibility for project production budgets, estimating costs, raising purchase orders and handling invoice queries

Creative Production
  • Pre-production incl. booking creative talent, locations, production teams, styling, travel bookings and estimating costs
  • Co-ordinating pre-prod meetings and routing all approvals prior to shooting
  • Shoot logistics and attendance, ensuring shot count and deliverables are fulfilled
  • Negotiating usages, costs and timings. Management of shoot budgets, ensuring production estimates are approved by budget holders before incurring costs
  • Post-production including retouching, editing, producing master files and adaptations/versions
  • Key contact to production teams and end responsible for project deadlines and budgets

Asset Management & Admin
  • Up-to-date creative planning and project overviews
  • Immaculate filing. Maintaining orderly job folders and planning documents
  • Ensuring all final assets are updated and filed correctly
  • Researching, implementing and maintaining database for our creative imagery, videos and brand assets
  • Administering all related paperwork, PO's, invoices, releases, allocating and recharging hours and external costs. Financial reconciliations and reporting
  • Keeping detailed records of all contracts, image usages, agreements, negotiations, cost estimates
  • People
  • Build strong personal relationships within the team. Foster a culture of respect, inclusion and diversity. Create a positive impact through every action, project and conversation
  • Establish and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships with colleagues, departments, divisions and external vendors and creative talent.
  • Build positive partnerships with new or preferred vendors and individual freelancers
  • Build trust through open communication and consistent delivery. Displaying at all times a willingness to bring the project to the next level as a team
  • Live the company values and positively advocate within the team

The Ideal Candidate:
  • You're a self-starter with the ability to independently anticipate and manage daily project requirements and stakeholder relationships
  • +7 years apparel/fashion/lifestyle/creative agency project management / creative production experience at a global/international level
  • An understanding of balancing workflow and process within a creative environment
  • A dedication to delivering the best creative work, on time and on budget
  • Pragmatic thinker and creative problem solver with a hands-on mentality
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease, employing the flexibility that allows you to re-prioritize tasks, react quickly to last minute requests and remain calm and diplomatic in fast-paced, pressured situations
  • An eye for detail
  • You have a very service-minded approach and work calmly under pressure to always find innovative and workable solutions
  • Along with a relevant degree (or equivalent qualification), essential for the role is hands-on expertise in a creative environment, your database of creative and production contacts and ultimate enthusiasm for all aspects of production.
  • Just as important will be the personal qualities you bring to the team. You're a good communicator and we'll expect you to be positive, energetic and constructive, taking responsibility for getting things done, and taking pride in doing them well.
