A new confidential project by Ecco Leather, combining cutting-edge material innovation, luxury fashion and some of today's most talented and sought after designers. Currently operating from Amsterdam (The Netherlands), with a global reach across the world's creative and fashion capitals. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Support the VP and global distribution agency by providing administrative and sales support through generating reports, updating client records, and inputting sales orders into the bespoke system.

The role will assist in the production of sales and sales activity reports. Working directly with the team and Director of Operations.

Manage all queries forwarded to the Distribution agency partner by either telephone or email.

Produce high quality reports for the Wholesale agency. Including delivery & payment reports, updated contact lists, sell-through reports, quarterly presentations.

Input data into JOOR, ensuring that all records are complete and up to date.

Ensure all wholesale materials are prepared for market.

Showroom visual merchandising and management of samples, order sheets, terms and conditions defined with legal.

THE PROFILE

Administrative experience, ideally within luxury / fashion brand.

Min 3 years professional experience in a global role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines.

Demonstrate good commercial understanding.

Excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office. particularly Excel with previous experience of working with pivot tables and advanced formulas, PPT presentations.

Fluency in English, additional language a plus.
