The Shoot Production Manager is an expert on image and asset production, and execution for shoots on location as well as within our in-house studio in Jersey City. Responsible for producing photography and video shoots for Marketing initiatives to ensure concepts are realized and right for the brand. The Shoot Production Manager manages all content production from a holistic standpoint across budget, scheduling and resource communication. The Shoot Production Manager must understand industry trends to evolve processes and relevant cultural trends. Partner with creative stakeholders to manage project needs, while meeting budgets, timelines and production specs.



Plan and produce all tiers of content production including campaign shoots, on location, studio on model and editorial e-commerce shoots, editorial still life shoots
  • Manage the intake of shotlists, schedule and oversee shoot production for our global marketing channels.
  • Serve as liaison between Tory Burch and all external partners for still and moving image production (marketing and sample operations, photographers, directors, set designers, stylists, models, retouchers, etc)
  • Work closely with Creative Team to ensure creative concept is met & provide solutions when necessary.
  • Cast models and negotiate usage and rates
  • Facilitate clear, constructive communication regarding project scope, rates, dates, estimation, usage, bookings and invoicing
  • Track estimated to actual spends to ensure budget is always up to date
  • Negotiate with vendors on continued basis to ensure best rates and create cost-saving measures when possible without sacrificing quality
  • Track and approve invoices and submit to Accounts Payable on a timely basis
  • Build out production timelines to level set expectations on new briefs and asset delivery
  • Ensure all assets are retouched as needed and reviewed/approved by Art Director(s) prior to upload in to the digital asset management system.
  • Stay abreast of new/up-and-coming talent and share with team quarterly
  • Communicate status of photography assets/shoot samples with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Negotiate contracts and understand all the complicated business items connected with photo production, including working knowledge of licensing and rights management -
  • Continually identify and recommend production workflow process improvements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years Photoshoot Production experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills — must be able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • People manager experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Fashion/Accessory industry preferred.
