Reports to:Manager, Creator Success
Role Type: Full-Time / Temporary Role for Seasonality Support
Hours: 30-40hrs / week
Duration: 3 months *This hourly position has significant opportunity for growth into a full-time regular position after 3 months based on company need.*
The Role:
The Content Assistant role is responsible for working with our top creators to create and publish LTK content. They are also responsible for helping those creators optimize their content through strategy and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Work directly with 2-3 top creators to help them plan, manage and publish all of their LTK content
- Work closely with creators to understand their business objectives and strategies, analyze performance of their LTK business and recommend tactics that will help them meet/exceed their goals.
- Identify trends through analytics and make changes to the creator's LTK content strategy based on their findings.
- Consult with the creator's LTK Account Executive to provide strategic advice based on each creator's goals and progress.
- Foster key influencer relationships.
- Educate internal LTK colleagues on influencer trends and behaviors.
- Work closely with manager to improve process, and gain efficiency whenever possible
Measures:
- Success in this role will be based on:
- Total posts to LTK, Earnings per LTK post, full adoption of LTK Shop features, and client satisfaction score.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operates with a deep, empathetic understanding of our creator customer.

- Strong empathy for customers; employs a customer approach at all times.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience as a digital marketer, social media manager, account executive in a digital company, or as a creator assistant.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or communications.
- Ability to translate and communicate an expert level understanding of LTK
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret business intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations.
- Acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fast.
- Thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and presentation skills.
