JOB PURPOSE

  • Support the advancement of Burberry's Global HCM technologies to enable delivery of the corporate People Strategy
  • Ongoing maintenance and development of Kronos Dimensions and the existing SAP Success Factors platform (modules include; Employee Central, EC Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning, and Compensation)
  • Ensure customer requests are handled in line within agreed timelines, process, and KPI's
  • Management of stakeholders at various levels including those in IT and the global HR function
  • Contribute to the development of the HR Technology Roadmap in partnership with IT and the HR Leadership Team
  • Prioritise system enhancements through identification of external best practice, customer impact/feedback, cost/benefit analysis, compliance benefit, and alignment to strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement within area of responsibility using customer feedback and best practice to support the identification of opportunities
  • Adhere to system governance and controls to ensure compliance to regional and local legislation and company policy with a strong focus on data privacy


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the overall stability and effectiveness the SAP Success Factors modules which fall under remit.
  • Adhere to process for delivering system enhancements, quarterly releases, and new functionality
  • Complete necessary impact assessment to identify impact on compliance, policy, and business processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems to support business change initiatives
  • Manage external resources to deliver system enhancements
  • Act as an ambassador for respective team/department to the wider business
  • Work with peers to regularly assess business processes to identify and deploy continuous improvement - prioritising those initiatives which promote compliance and benefit the customer
  • Work closely with HR Process Owners, Customers, Third Parties, and BBS HR Team to understand complex processes and seek out opportunities for simplification
  • Work with peers to identify opportunities for smarter working, simplification, and automation


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Relevant HR Systems experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors/Kronos is desirable
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of project management would be an advantage
  • Experience working in a global organisation is desirable
