HUGO BOSS UK Ltd | Allocator | Outlets

HUGO BOSS is looking for an Outlets Allocator to join our Buying & Merchandising department, supporting the Senior Allocator and Assistant Merchandiser.
The successful candidate must be reliable, who works well individually as well as within a team, can use their own initiative and is not afraid of numbers.

The successful candidate must be professional, organised and manage their time and keep to set deadlines.

This is a strong first step for someone looking to start a career within Buying or Merchandising.

What you can expect:

· Allocating stock to Outlet stores
· Analyzing stock and sales position
· Producing weekly and monthly merchandise reports for Senior Management
· Liaising with the warehouse with reference to deliveries, processing queries
· Liaising with store manager with reference to stock issues, system problems and delivery information
· Maintaining basic stock programme

Your profile:

• Looking for your first role in Merchandising
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP and BIS is an advantage
• Strong at prioritising workload and with a flexible attitude to change in priorities
• Excellent communicate skills both written and verbal, with all levels of staff within the company
• Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated.
• Pays close attention to detail, accuracy and is very analytical
• Knowledge and passion for HUGO BOSS
