Job Details

Fiorucci is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join their small, but dedicated digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-tasker to join a fast-growing company.

Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the day to day running of the website, ensuring the accurate display of product information across the site and digital marketing strategies are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and upload new products ensuring accurate descriptions, category, attributes, pricing, photography and meta descriptions.
  • Creation of website categories and landing pages for sale, new season and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist on ecomm photography shoots through to retouch. 
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments to collate product information in a timely manner.
  • Track inventory levels and liaise with the merchandising departments on low or out of stock issues.
  • Perform comprehensive category checks to ensure accuracy of content displayed.
  • Respond where appropriate to customer service product enquiries.
  • Implement cross sell and upsell strategy for products, categories and collections.
  • Implement search strategy across all websites as advised by Senior Ecommerce Manager.
  • Support general housekeeping - including updating and amending homepages, banners, shipping options, and page creation/amends in CMS.
  • Assist in implementing promotional activity on website.
  • Support digital team to achieve yearly objectives.
  • Assist with QA of new website features.
  • Running of ad hoc reports.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous ecommerce experience in a similar role.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Excel experience.
  • Proactive and hands on approach.
  • Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Have a visual and aesthetic awareness.
