HUISHAN ZHANG is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate must have worked in luxury fashion for a minimum of 5 years, be well connected, have international experience, and have a proven track record of expanding distribution and increasing revenue.
The role reposts directly to the Managing Director.
The role will include:
- creating long term and short term strategies for meeting the commercial targets
- expand wholesale distribution whilst nurturing existing clients
- creating new opportunities for clients and managing special projects
- ownerships of client budgets and sales costs
- provide commercial insights and opportunities for the development of the collection, including pricing
- manage, lead and execute wholesale markets in London and Paris/Milan
- organise and carry out staff and product training in-person and remotely
- create and distribute assets for sales
- compile and analyze ST data to be shared internally
- work closely with all departments including retail, e-com, PR & Marketing
- lead a small team
