HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

By now, we are searching for a new colleague within our Shoes & Leather Accessories Business Unit who supports temporary the Product Development Shoes Man Team in daily business; here the main tasks:

What you can expect:

• Gain insight into all fields of PD Team activities and on products and processes;
• Acquire operational and economical experience in premium Shoe & LA making industry;
• Work closely with all internal interfaces, ensuring a smooth communication flow in order to support the team in daily tasks;
• Follow the time schedule (HB scheduler);
• Ensuring, updating and compliance of internal development data and documents in platforms;
• Support data entry in PLM system;
• Manage and control data collection (example: vendor proto lists, matrix, range list) within the given deadlines;
• Track shipments and proto arrivals;
• Integrate processes optimization and automatization in coordination with the PD team.

Your profile:

• Have at least 2 years' experience developed in fashion International Companies in a similar role;
• High level of MS-Office, advanced competence in Excel, knowledge of SAP and PLM will be a plus;
• Fluent in English, Italian will be a plus;
• Analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong intercultural understanding
• Creative ability, assertiveness and strong communication skills with open mind and willing to learn;
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and organizational talent are your strengths.
