Team Leader HUGO Brand, Strategy & Calendar (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Global Marketing & Brand Communications Department, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Team Leader Brand, Strategy & Calendar (m/f/d) for our brand HUGO, who wants to make a difference and is up for new challenges.

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for the development, implementation and optimization of of the global marketing strategy for HUGO in close cooperation with the product, retail and merchandising teams
• First point of contact within the organization for HUGO marketing strategy, campaigns, activations and benchmarks
• Daily operational team management (team of 5 plus freelancers and interns), including setting and tracking targets, providing feedback and guidance, trainings and recruitment of new employeed as needed
• Lead the overall workload of the team to ensure successful prioritization and completion of projects on time
• Annual budget planning and day-to-day budget management

Your profile:

• Successfully completed master's degree/ MBA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategic marketing
• Strong analytical & numerical and conceptual skills
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with various teams as appropriate
• Proactive and supportive approach and experience with a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong communication skills including excellent written and spoken in English
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for new challenges
