Overview

Reporting to the IS&T Retail Manager, based in our London Head Office, the IS&T Omnichannel Specialist will handle all technical activities related to the Salesforce platform, including coordination and setup of new functionalities on CRM (Service and Marketing cloud) but also collaborating on personalization needed for Ecommerce (Commerce cloud). This role will also act as the system administrator of the overall Salesforce platform creating and maintaining user accounts, managing salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups, performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

Your Mission:
  • Works closely with the IS&T Retail Manager to keep the back-end systems aligned technically about CRM, Retail and Ecommerce processes, in Omni-channel direction.
  • Communicates and coordinates regularly with the IS&T Integration team in order to identify systems solutions based on gathered business requirements and grant a proper integration with Salesforce.
  • Handles technically the supervision of evolutionary and maintenance activities delivered suppliers/partners engaged for supporting CRM & eCommerce.
  • Cooperates with LVMH competence centers on Salesforce to get insights on technical implementation strategy and best practices.
  • Gathers business requirements from CRM & Digital business users and coordinates necessary meetings and activities to identify proper solutions with IS&T Integration Manager.
  • Coordinates and controls new/open requests or issues to grant an appropriate service to users without exceeding agreed contractual terms with Retail and Digital Suppliers.
  • Coordinate Level 1 and Level 2 support on Salesforce SC, MC, CC modules.
  • System Administration of the entire Salesforce platform
  • Participate with other IT colleagues of Tech, Architecture, Operations and Retail in handling properly the release in "production environment" of changes approved, after technical validation and user tests.
  • Organizes needed training on Salesforce to related users.
  • Releases documentation in terms of User Guides and Quick Hints and maps/integrates new software in the system landscape to improve the knowledge of Business Users in using the Retail/Digital systems.


Your Talent:
  • Good technical and functional knowledge on Salesforce SC, MC and CC.
  • Full knowledge of Retail, CRM and Ecommerce processes and application on related systems.
  • Team player attitude, passionate about problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in a retail or fashion business.
  • Experience working in system administration with Salesforce.
  • English - fluent, additional languages Italian advantageous
