Reporting into the IS&T Retail Manager, the IS&T Salesforce Specialist oversee the technical activities related to the Salesforce platform, primarily including coordination and setup of new functionalities with CRM (Service & Marketing cloud) but also collaborating on personalisation for E-Commerce.

Your Mission:
  • Collates business requirements from CRM & Digital business users and coordinates activities to identify proper solutions with IS&T Integration Manager.
  • Coordinates and controls new/open requests in order to grant an appropriate service to users without exceeding agreed contractual terms with Retail/Digital Suppliers.
  • Coordinate Level 1 and Level 2 support on Salesforce SC, MC, CC modules.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Tech, Architecture, Operations and Retail in managing the release in "production environment" of changes approved, after technical validation and users tests.
  • Facilitates Salesforce training to related users.
  • Releases documentation in terms of User Guides and Quick Hints.
  • Maps/integrates new software in the system landscape to improve the knowledge of Business Users in using the Retail/Digital systems.
  • Cooperates constantly with the IS&T Retail Specialist, in order to keep the back-end systems aligned technically about CRM & Retail & E-Commerce processes, in an Omni-Channel direction.
  • Collaborates with IS&T Integration team to identify proper system solutions based on gathered business requirements and grant a proper integration with Salesforce.
  • Oversees the supervision of evolutionary and maintenance activities delivered suppliers/partners engaged for supporting CRM and E-Commerce.
  • Cooperates with LVMH competence centres on Salesforce to get insights on technical implementation strategy and best practices.
  • Acts as system administrator of the overall Salesforce platform.

Your Talent:
  • Good technical and functional knowledge on Salesforce SC, MC, CC
  • Full knowledge of Retail, CRM and E-Commerce processes, and application with related systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team; problem solve; solve Troubleshooting queries

Systems and Essentials:
  • 3+ years in similar role in a fast paced Retail/Fashion company
  • 1+ year in System Administration on Salesforce
  • English - fluent, mother-tongue or advanced
  • Italian - advantageous, although not essential
