Dollskill e-Commerce is seeking a motivated, innovative, customer and fashion obsessed Assistant Site Merchandiser to join the Site Merchandising team. You will be responsible for helping to grow the digital business by delivering a seamless, friction-free guest journey on Dollskill.com through optimizations across digital tactics including (but not limited to) navigation, content, and on-site search. The ideal Assistant Site Merchandiser will be problem solving, results oriented, and self-starting with a passion for the guest.

Responsibilities

    • Manage category merchandising to support merchandise strategies through accurate categorization, merchandise attribution
    • Drive and execute PDP copy accuracy, alongside PIM team to ensure optimal conversion, SEO, and internal search.
    • Ensure accuracy of all content, copy, imagery is accurate before go-live
    • Manage creation/execution of any and all on-site content including JIRA ticket creation, page build, content page builds etc across desktop and mobile.
    • Own partnership with marketing and creative team on email linking strategies
    • Maintain promotions on all international sites
    • Assist the Site Merchandiser in end to end management of key categories/brands to drive increases in performance and divisional results.
    • Assist the Site Merchandiser in utilizing key guest behavior data including product views, conversion, bounce rate and engagement to inform on-site navigation, content development and on-page optimizations
    • Partner with Site Merchandiser to create content strategies, on-site messaging and UGC strategy to support business priorities
    • Coordinate with merchandising team to update product assortment details, pre-order dates and launch dates


Qualifications

    • 1+ years’ experience in Site Merchandising, or related field
    • Experience in fashion and e-commerce preferred
    • Magento experience preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite
    • Must have strong accountability, attention to detail, and time-management skills
    • Ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization skills
    • Results oriented
