YOUR PROFILE
- You understand the technical aspects of IT processes and setup, digitization, online sales, and/or multi-channel sales
- Be it a customer or the managing director â' you convince stakeholders with your strong communication and pronounced presentation skills
- Fluent German and English skills round off your profile
- You have two or three years of sales experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion retail
- You work independently and focus on a clear target that you pursue with passion: inspiring new customers and onboarding them to Tradebyte
- You would grade yourself as very self-organised, and you enjoy managing many projects at once
YOUR CHALLENGE
- You are part of our direct-to-consumer Sales Team and oversee the sales process of our software TB.One and our services â' from the first contact with the responsible lead to the final signature
- You attend to inbound leads, focussing on start-ups, and small and medium-sized businesses
- You create and track offers independently through targeted and strategic customer potential analysis
- You track and maintain leads in our Salesforce CRM and emphasize the permanent optimisation and automation of the lead process
- You present our products to the customer, be it on site or in online meetings
