Senior Business Development Manager - ZMS Self-Service

As a Senior Business Development Manager for Self-Service you will play a key role in developing our Self-Service offering, support driving the commercial growth of Self-Service and set business priorities by driving high visibility to our Self-Service program.

The ideal candidate isn't only very strong in the fields of analytics and strategy, but also effective in implementing and driving business. As our growth targets are ambitious we are looking for a professional who is seeking a new challenge in an entrepreneurial, fast growing and exciting environment.

  • Work closely with different teams across ZMS and Zalando to define and develop key business insights and drive scalable growth strategies, incl. development of our Self-Service proposition
  • Drive cross-functional, cross-departmental projects - from structuring and defining the project, through creating the project plan to implementation of our Self-Service targets
  • Oversee & manage the progress of all of your projects, present it to various stakeholders, and solve newly arising problems on-the-go
  • Stay abreast of and share industry, competitors, and consumer behavior trends that can impact ZMS Self-Service Business

  • At least 4 years in management consulting or business development / strategy function at a SaaS Tech, AdTech or Media company with a demonstrated top performance
  • Thorough understanding of the advertising industry; Fashion / e-commerce background is a strong plus.
  • You have a strong customer focus, are structured and well organized and always think one step ahead with the client in mind
  • You have a hands-on mentality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always thrive to find the best solution in the shortest possible time
