JOB PURPOSE

The role of the PR Manager serves as a true deputy to the PR Director across all Brand activity, working to support the wider team across projects and with line management responsibility of the Press Office Assistant.

The PR Manager is responsible for the development of the global strategic communication of the brand across key initiatives, shows, events and positioning of leadership stakeholders while working with the regional teams to execute the brand public relations strategy globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis of project based results
• Present project based plans and overall results on a periodic and project basis
• Increase coverage of brand initiatives
• Increased efficient of all regional brand requests
• Lead strategic plan development and global direction for all brand-led initiatives
• Lead development of press strategy and timelines surrounding all key brand moments, campaign launches, global and local events and partnerships in an effort to build awareness, drive traffic and grow business
• Ensure all key global brand focuses are effectively and efficiently communicated to regional teams, resulting in driving awareness and increased media coverage
• Partner with our integral marketing and copy team to develop all campaign and brand messaging for PR use
• Write all brand proposals, plans and global press releases and media alerts.
• Development and implementation of strategic approach to leadership stakeholders including Chief Creative Officer
• Write all quotes and online copy for CCO and CMO where relevant
• Support all CCO features inclusive of shoot and execution planning
• Support PR planning and execution of fashion shows and seasonal brand moments
• Primary liaison between PR team and internal marketing and creative teams on all PR Brand strategies

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Increase in both quantative and qualitative coverage measurements
• Relationships with both corporate team members and regional PR partners
• Analysis of project based results
• Present project based plans and overall results on a periodic and project basis
• Increased coverage on a project basis
• Increased efficiency of all brand requests

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong PR experience either in-house or at an agency
• Excellent project management skills, able to lead long-term projects in partnership with multiple senior internal stakeholders
• Strong experience of working to deliver integrated communications plans
• Excellent writing skills
