JOB SUMMARY

The Field Sales Manager role will drive our growth across key markets in the Midwest and Northwest United States as well as western Canada. The candidate will have accountability to sales targets, brand experience, as well as partnership with sales and management teams across our distribution mix.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Consistently analyze business plans by door and strategize how meet and exceed goals

•Drive full-price sell-through by maintaining consistent communication with store teams regarding sales, goals, employee motivation, competitor performance, seasonal clinics and in-store events.

•Maintain a strong visual presentation in prime location across all doors through implementation of seasonal Brand Directives

•Responsible for ensuring product is presented with integrity both on the sales floor and in the stockrooms

•Facilitate seasonal Product Knowledge sessions

•Consistent communication with corporate wholesale team - best/worst sellers, regional landscape, competitive feedback, inventory and assortment opportunity

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Retail experienced preferred
  • Corporate experience required in Visuals, Retail Merchandising or Brand Training
  • Must have experience in Women's Handbags/ Accessories, Footwear or RTW—preferably all
  • 60% travel
  • Public speaking necessary
  • Managerial Experience mandatory
  • Based in Chicago area
