Overview
As Head of Digital you will be fully accountable for setting the brand's customer centric digital-first strategy. Supporting brand alignment across directly operated omni-channel
Your Mission:
- Leading digital transformation within the brand with the customer in the centre of everything.
- Demonstrates exceptional cross-functional leadership and influencing skills with partnership experience across functional teams
- Oversee the relationship with the third-party digital agencies.
- Assist in developing the CRM and Omni-channel strategies, using customer data to optimise frequency/recency and better understand purchasing behaviours
- Identify new areas of digital growth and provide expertise on current ecommerce industry best practices
- Take responsibility for the PPC planning in partnership with Marketing team.
- Work alongside ecommerce digital operations and ecommerce trading ,in order to take responsibility for development strategy for digital platforms, customer experience, customer services, digital marketing & CRM
- Prioritise website developments that optimise the digital customer experience and maximise sales.
- Work alongside internal and external teams to oversee the e-commerce fulfilment operation.
- Develop strategies and plan the delivery of the trading and marketing calendar.
- Oversee reporting and analysis of trading and activity. Present to senior management team on a regular basis
- Good understanding of brand identity and strong visual eye
Your Talent:
- Experience within the retail industry with an understanding for luxury nice to have.
- Strong awareness of global and local market trends, insights into the industry
- Track-record of driving sustained and organic online business expansion.
- Proven experience of implementing successful online strategies within the premium/luxury market segment
- Global ecommerce experience
- Proven experience of successfully leading and driving change
- Experience of working closely with agile development teams and a good understanding of UX principles.
