This position leads the Email, SMS, APP (messaging component), and all other owned messaging components within the messaging applications at Chico's FAS. This role is responsible for the assimilation of new customers and the growing health of the customer files for all brands at Chico's FAS; Chico's, Chico's Off the Rack, White House Black Market, and Soma. This Senior Director is analytically strong, able to interface with the Chico's FAS Finance and Data Analytics on advanced concepts including MMM, MTA, and order economics at the tactic level. This leader is experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and has a proven track record growing a team to full professional maturity and impactful operation.


•Sets the vision and drives the strategy for our lifecycle and retention efforts to engage users and deliver business growth.

•Partners with Acquisition Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, Creative, CRM, and Product & Engineering teams to create a lifecycle marketing experience that activates and retains users with the purpose to increase lifetime value, boost revenue, and grow the brand & the business.

•Conceptualizes, develops, and optimizes marketing programs, including lifecycle trigger programs and large-scale campaigns, across several owned platforms and tactics, while ensuring that communication is optimized in a holistic and user-focused way.

•Grows and manages a high performing team of marketers and ensures their continued development and growths within the organization.

•Enables team to maximize impact while minimizing overhead efforts through technology and process efficiency.

•Establishes and streamlines performance monitoring and reporting to continuously measure customer lifecycle performance and communicates results. Ability to report to and interface with Chico's FAS Executive Leadership on a regular basis.

•Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Preferred

•12+ years' experience driving CRM/Lifecycle/Retention/Loyalty Marketing

•Advanced strategic and Analytical thinking skills

•Proven track record with complex cross-functional technology implementations

•World class leadership and management experience (10+ years minimum)

•Compassionate leader to grow and foster high growth organization

•Strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

•Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
