About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager of Brand Enablement to join the Store Strategies and Operations Team. This role will support the development and delivery of store strategies that enable our brands to deliver strong earnings and create competitive advantage; focusing on customer, employee experience and product initiatives as parts of the Store Operating Model. You will report into the Director of Brand Enablement. You will be responsible for reviewing analyses, developing presentations, and supporting alignment of strategies and plans. We are looking for someone who is passionate about stores and our product, the customer, and is energized by solving problems.

What You'll Do

  • Provide thought leadership and work closely with Store Operations, Field Leaders and other functional business partners to define, develop and drive key business priorities to support Stores and Brand goals
  • Lead cross functional teams defining success criteria, aligning milestones, stakeholder communications, implementation, and managing organizational change
  • Independently own and manage strategic initiatives, leading cross functional teams in evaluation of hypotheses, strategic analysis / planning, and operational execution to further store goals and priorities
  • Develop and refine project scope, structure, and approach, quantitative and qualitative analyses Identify key issues, guide analysis, develop conclusions, and present findings to cross functional leaders
  • Adapt team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs
  • Provide front line supervision to an operational, service or administrative team
  • Support cross-functional teams with project milestones, stakeholder communications, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Store Operations, Field Leaders and other functional business partners to support key business priorities for Stores and Brand goals.
  • Identify opportunities within the store environment and offer solutions to improve the overall customer and employee experience.
  • Analyze data, synthesize results and recommend solutions.
  • Support research of industry best practices, competitors and consumer behavior trends that could impact initiatives.


Who You Are

  • Store Leadership and/or Store Operations experience with a passion for developing team members and mentoring future leaders
  • Experience leading large program management efforts including establishing effective governance structures, cross functional coordination, and executive stakeholder management and reporting
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong relationship building skills and experience working closely with senior executives and cross functional partners to influence strategic agendas and operationalize key strategic initiatives
  • Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including strong analytical and creative Problem-solving skills, strong ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail store experience.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to embrace challenges, solve problems and learn from mistakes.
  • Ability to effectively brainstorm and implement new ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to set specific and measurable performance objectives and strives to meet and/or exceed the performance standard.
  • Strong written and oral communicator with proven ability to communicate with leaders.
  • Ability to be self-sufficient, using resources and team members to identify and implement sustainable solutions.
