As a Working Student in the Compliance Operations Product Safety Team you will support the compliance assessment tasks being made entirely.
You will get a unique opportunity to become part of a quality assurance team that is essential in the partner and product approval process. Here you will learn what the risk scaling of different consumer products and which actions need to be taken to prevent and/or improve potential risks and help us to drive Zalando forward!
This role is based in our Berlin office and will need to be based in this region.

This role is based in our Berlin office and will need to be based in this region.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Being an active part of the team while having continuous support from a mentor
- Participating in regular meetings regarding incident management and test orders
- Responsible for coordination of monitoring, partner communication, test orders and data collection to keep millions of Zalando customers are safe
- Contribute to the whole compliance development and quality assurance lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with all experts of the team, internal and external stakeholders and get experience by working with talented operational teams to solve challenging partner and product cases.
- A Bachelor or Master student, with a background or focus on textile or chemical engineering.
- Good language skills in English
- Self-motivated individual with attention to detail and ability to work independently and responsible attitude
- Flexible, reliable, open-minded and highly collaborative persona, supporting colleagues with various tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Google Workspace
- Always organizing your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, are accurate and prioritized accordingly
- Available ideally at the beginning of October 2021 for a minimum of 6 months with an extension possibility
