JOB SUMMARY

Tory Burch is seeking a Director, Integrated Marketing - China & International Programs to support the development and execution of our key high profile regional marketing initiatives. Working closely with the International Marketing teams in China, APAC, Japan and EUME, this role will provide best practices and benchmarks to support strategic direction, conduct tactical assessments to ensure optimal channel and audience activation, and provide operational support to ensure projects stay on-track and deliverables are executed on-time by NY Marketing, Creative, VM and PR teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Function as a strategic thought partner for International Marketing teams in the ideation and development of local Integrated Marketing programming, including 360 campaigns, pop-ups, collaborations, key opinion leader activation, digital advertising, and local content creation
  • Provide global best practices, benchmarks, and learnings from historical campaign hind-sights to inform development of regional strategies
  • Provide advisory support on 360 marketing tactics and make recommendations to ensure performance against stated KPIs is optimized
  • Act as the evangelist for regional programming in New York by socializing the strategy, and briefing stakeholders in Creative, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and PR on requirements and deliverables
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Creative Operations to ensure regional programming needs are fully captured and operationalized at annual and seasonal planning milestones
  • Be the lead problem solver in NY by anticipating and solving operational and creative challenges, bringing clarity on objectives when there is misalignment, and fostering collaboration between global stakeholders


EDUCATION AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years in Integrated Marketing with an emphasis on global/international management
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, local customer, and nuance of messaging - previous experience working with the China market preferred
  • Experience in Fashion or Luxury, or similar lifestyle consumer industry
