The Position

The Talent Development Manager I&D is responsible for the development and implementation of associate & leadership development practices and programs based on our Talent Strategy and business priorities for all our office and retail associates across Europe. The role focusses on the development of Inclusion & Diversity related skills and behaviors, as well as other skills and behaviors that drive our evolving organizational culture. The role reports into the Senior Manager Talent Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements a strategy for I&D related development programs, tools, resources and initiatives that is aligned to the overall European I&D strategy, ensuring continues education at all levels in the organization on a broad variety of topics (e.g. Unconscious Bias, Systemic Racism, Micro-aggression, Inclusive Leadership), to actively address discrimination, injustice, inequality and racism within the workplace
  • Designs, develops and implements our I&D related development offering (both one off initiatives and ongoing programs) for our European office associates in collaboration with external partners, including digital/blended elements, leveraging the Learning Management System and remote meeting and training tools
  • Partners with the Senior Talent Development Retail and the Talent Development Specialist Retail to tailor the I&D offering to our retail audience, ensuring relevancy and fit for store environment
  • Brings innovative solutions to broaden our I&D development initiatives and drives measurable results and progress on our I&D commitments
  • Facilitates workshops & internal events that educate our associates and our leaders across Europe
  • Partners extensively with the Global & EU I&D teams, as well as with our Talent partners in Europe to ensure alignment on prioritization and program design and delivery
  • Ensures regional and local relevancy of Global I&D initiatives, taking cultural differences between regions and markets into account
  • Acts as a subject matter expert to EU Talent partners and business stakeholders on the topic of Inclusion & Diversity related education and initiatives
  • Provides an I&D lens to all associate and leadership development programs as part of the PVH University curriculum
  • Leads the development of other educational programs and initiatives that contribute to shaping our evolving company culture. This may for example include initiatives related to Wellbeing, Agile working, Leadership Behaviors and Onboarding
  • Partners with the Business Resource Group management teams to stay aligned on educational initiatives, ensuring these are complementary to each other
  • Manages development projects on a European level; builds project plans, leads project teams, manages stakeholders, drives change management and follows through till the delivery of the end product. Applies agile practices where relevant.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor degree ideally in Psychology, Management, Business Administration
  • Previous work experience is minimum of 8 years, of which minimum of 5 years in Talent Development
  • Brings specialist knowledge of I&D education in a workplace environment
  • Has worked previously in an international matrix
  • Excellent project management skills; able to oversee and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience and ability to anticipate and manage change and recommend pragmatic solutions
  • Builds constructive relationships quickly - great stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills in English
  • High EQ / interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions
  • Good organization skills with the ability to think proactively and to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs
  • Ability to think proactively and function independently
  • Experience in working in a multi stakeholder environment and continuous representing all stakeholders and their needs
