Key Responsibilities, to include but not be limited to: 

  • Assisting with all wholesale administration paperwork including wholesale spreadsheets, and client order history and buyer information.  Ensuring spreadsheets are kept up to date at all times and providing information for wholesale Manager and Head of Wholesale as and when required.
  • Assist with daily client communication including order and delivery updates, markdown planning and sellthru information requests.
  • Support team with raising orders on JOOR and issuing order confirmations for all wholesale accounts.
  • Conducting research relating to potential wholesale partners and replying to enquiries once reviewed by senior managers.
  • Working with the Wholesale Coordinator to schedule appointments for UK and European wholesale selling appointments.
  • Assist with the set up and send out of sales materials ahead of client appointments.
  • Setting up and ensuring showroom is immaculate and samples are organised prior to and following UK selling appointments.
  • Working with the production team to ensure retailer tickets are ordered and EAN codes are set up for relevant clients ahead of shipment.
  • Working with production and graphics teams to ensure transactional and PR shoot samples are ordered for relevant clients.
  • Communicate seasonal delivery updates to clients
  • Producing account ‘go live’ reports weekly and following up with any clients who have a delay with uploading new season styles.
  • Monitoring client markdowns and highlighting to the management team.
  • Conducting store visits in London and producing reports with findings and imagery for management team.
  • Assisting with client re-orders and RTV Processing to ensure all relevant teams are kept up to date.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience working within an administration role ideally within the fashion industry.
  • Highly organised and dynamic with the ability to multi-task and work very quickly under pressure in fast paced environment.
  • Positive and eager to learn.
  • Strong numerical and excel skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic team player.
