About the role

We seek to hire an experienced professional and dynamic team leader who can accelerate the development of our pricing capabilities and mechanisms, to improve the buyer and seller experience, and monitor our price and value competitiveness, for all our businesses (C2C, Resell as a Service). You have an entrepreneurial & project management spirit, have already managed teams, know how to work with tech and product teams, and likes to get hands in the data.

What you'll be doing
  • Define price strategy: Build a pricing strategy (straight forward action plan with a specific focus per quarter to tackle main pain points and boost the catalogues' performance). You will be the expert on Vestiaire Collective's pricing position and mechanisms, and coordinate with Product and Regional teams to deploy an operational roadmap.
  • Lead and participate in key 360° projects: Support and lead projects related to pricing, product recognition, taxonomy, especially in retail businesses
  • Monitor market evolution and VC position: keep up to date on market consummation trends and market competitions dynamics
  • Lead the pricing team, composed of project managers, pricing experts and pricing analysts
  • Monitor performance of pricing (accuracy, adoption): track performance of our pricing algo, understand the performance and non-performance and modify your action plan based on it. Monitor adoption of our pricing and define features and mechanisms to improve the price quality of our catalog
  • Understand our supply: provide critical insights about our top categories to the regions and the other business units. 

The role will report to our VP Supply Strategy

Who you are
  • +7 years of experience in retail, eCommerce companies with a focus on Pricing or Supply, or in consulting with focus in Fashion and Luxury
  • Team management experience
  • Strong team work capabilities and leadership skills to influence other teams cross the company
  • Ability to generate insights & action plans from data analysis
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • An understanding of fashion and /or luxury market
  • Passionate about second hand
  • Fluency in English
