The Team
The Tommy Hilfiger Brand Office is structured to help align and elevate all consumer-facing work across Merchandising, Design, Marketing and Creative Services, in addition to being the interface with other key headquarter and regional business partners. Within the Brand Office, the newly formed Brand Office Operations team is responsible for overall Brand Office governance, operating model and leading the strategic transformation program to Raise Brand Desire globally.

The Position
As Senior Specialist, Brand Office you are responsible for driving and resolving high priority brand management topics, projects and related performance tracking for our two labels: TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS. Reporting to the Director, Brand Office Operations, you will be working in an international team on our 2025 brand strategy to 'Light Up The Future'. We are looking for smart talent with a ton of energy, broad interests and open mindedness to work effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. Your work matters and we will provide a steep learning curve and exciting opportunities to work directly with industry leaders and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Governance and Prioritization
  • Define and prioritize key global brand priorities
  • Plan agenda and topics for key meetings and workshops, work with broader organization to prepare content and proposals for decision making.
  • Drive next steps with broader organization, report back on progress and resolve conflicts that might arise.

Brand Transformation projects
  • Support project leads within 'Raise Brand Desire' program on planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Assure 'voice of brand' across and within strategic initiatives across the organization.

Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration within and across the team and department.
  • Develop and build trust-based working relationships with teams based around the world.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Completed Bachelor and 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a comparable role
  • Working experience for international consumer brand organizations, consultancy or agency
  • Big picture perspective and thinking
  • Collaborative; able to liaise closely across all levels of the organization and regions.
  • Able to think several steps ahead to identify & solve [potential] problems
  • Excels at creating structure & simplicity from chaos and complexity; excellent communication, project management and organization skills
