The Position
The portfolio of pricing products within PVH D2C is expanding from ecom into retail countries. The Support Specialist takes care of the smooth running of the operations around pricing products, troubleshooting and working as a liaison between technology teams and users, primarily planners and retail merchandisers.
The role also supports the Sr. Product Owner with project management, backlog maintenance and gathering release specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication between ecom, country users and data science, technology teams;
  • Identify technical and process issues and raise awareness based on business values to optimize product experience;
  • Ability to manage bugs and resolutions within defined SLA's, follow up with the product teams and stakeholders;
  • Collect feedback from users to create awareness of product features and improvements with the product teams
  • Create and maintain a release calendar covering data science and user interface tickets to help the Sr. PO create transparency within the organization

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A team player who enjoys networking and helping others to solve problems and improve processes, tools
  • Analytical and organized mindset who finds joy in solving puzzles
  • General knowledge of troubleshooting process, bug documentation;
  • Ability to determine the business impact of issues for the business and for connected teams;
  • Experience with Ecommerce support roles or retail operations
  • General knowledge of agile development process
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence and a plus
  • Great communication in English
  • Interest in new technologies and adopting new technology
