Lead Merchandising Operations Coordinator

The Lead Merch Ops Coordinator is a non-management role that will support the merchandising operations department to ensure end to end pipeline health, minimize exceptions and maintain quality expectations within the department.

• Oversee and support quality and operational initiatives
  • Support inventory management for inbound operation department
  • Assist department in maintaining FIFO/SLA
  • Uphold process compliance and minimize exceptions
  • Partner with client services and expert teams to resolves customer inquiries
  • Track corrections and trends observed from correcting exceptions
• Serve as point of contact for escalated quality and exceptions inquiries
• Surface operational opportunities & risks 
• Collaborate cross functionally to resolve exception and operational issues
• Support strategic initiative projects
• Monitor department SLAs and KPIs

• Strong google sheets/excel skills
• Someone who works well independently

• Understanding of TRR operation pipeline
