Team

The newest team to be part of the Digital Product Department, The 3D Experience team (3DX) is 3D centric team focused on dynamic & explorative uses of 3D garments within our brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

We drive, accelerate and advance digital garment Experience through rigorous transformation & interactions with our 3D assets, we will fundamentally change collection accessibility, interaction and experience at all current and future touch points.

We are obsessed with everything digital, focusing on creating the future reality of 3D Asset usage within all digital environments for B2B/B2C, internal needs and digital environments of the future. We do not limit ourselves by current working methods - we are blue sky thinkers converting our aspirations into reality by pushing and advancing the purpose 3D garments.

The Position

Newly created, 3D Product Experience Manager will take a leading role in the realization of the 3DX strategy and Vision always considering the overarching PVH 3D transformation strategy with a focus on 3D asset usage within B2B/D2C digital ecosystem and emerging digital Markets

The 3DX Manager is fundamental in collaborating closely with the 3DX project Manager and 3DX Production Manager to drive and execute all facets of the overarching PVH 3D product transformation strategy. Determining and sharing best practices, by targeting process optimization and consistent quality elevation, support target setting and report on progress. The DPX Manager is the corner stone to bring all DPX functions together. It is integral that this team is focused on future state, exploring new technology, new environments, testing and experimenting to provide a breadth of options to the business shaping the direction of digital product within PVH.

The 3DX Manager will have strong links and collaborations with the wider DP team for target setting, strategy, vision and target setting. Following through on multiple projects and activations.

With strong relationship Divisional, Sales and external partners to realize high quality asset creation for all platforms and environments, link to B2B/D2C sales, ecomm, marketing and the consumer - the 3DX manager will have an affinity to balance targets across the business to percolate into the overarching 3D strategy for TH, CK and the overarching PVH digital strategy.

With a keen focus on emerging markets, new technology and actively seeking out the new opportunities, technology and exploring 3D garment creation and usage of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be an integral part of the startup and set up of the DPC team
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on 3D product Experience vison, strategy and execution - taking the current state of business with 3D to the next level and actively contributing to the conversion of rate of 3D garments through quality, consistency for sales tools
  • Consultative role to Subject Matter Experts, bridging their own technical knowledge to various strategic initiatives across the business
  • Strategy execution from concept to execution - taking care to incorporate and balance stakeholder needs from throughout the business
  • Display strong understanding of principles & knowledge areas of project management such as: scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risk, & stakeholder management.
  • Support and maintain project management framework including standards, tools and procedures for reporting & record-keeping.
  • Project management within the Digital product team, brand, sales and marketing
  • Seasonal Development process analysis - calendar, quality, targets
  • Managing and Reporting on Development KPI's & data integrity
  • Developing best practice and roll out programs for the wider business - 'Test and prove lab'
  • Working closely with Divisions, Brands and Sales teams
  • Bring new idea to the business in all phases of your knowledge area and beyond
  • Taking time to think on future digital - blue sky thinking made into reality

The Ideal Candidate description:
  • With at least 4 years' experience as 3D product Experience Manager with in-depth knowledge of 3D design and development workflow though to selling - experience in 3D programs (Browzwear) advantageous
  • A bachelor/ master's degree
  • Startup mentality - thinking outside of the box, explorative and dynamic thinking - drive to make a difference and establish a new team
  • Proven track record working in transformation - with a focus on fashion, digitization, 3D Garment development and usage
  • Passionate about everything digital - excited to work on dynamic diverse projects within a highly motivated team
  • Blue sky thinker - always thinking ahead of the curve and not afraid to try, test, fail and learn
  • You should be experience working in an exciting fast paced commercial environment with a strong brand identity.
  • Adaptable approach - able to work seamlessly with established project teams or structures to influence and drive change
  • Adept to working with tight timelines, able to collaborating with many people and translate their needs into a strategy, projects and ultimately product
  • The candidate should be flexible, knowledgeable, adaptable, confident person, who thrives in a fast paced, exciting work environment - they should have a team centric mindset, focus on product excellence and be passionate about our consumer and everything digital

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in Premium brand or competitor brand environment
  • 3D experience in Browzwear or another program
  • Portfolio of projects
