The Group Manager will manage a growing team of Account Executives (Luxury Managers)who are responsible for driving supply by managing the company's new business acquisition. 

You will be dedicated to your team's success and will work with your team to acquire new consignors within the respective territory while increasing supply to hit monthly sales quotas.  You are obsessed with business development and driving results. 

In this role, you'll use data to uncover areas of improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement the strategies to support your team's achievement and success.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Drive account manager and account executive performance, shadowing on appointments, listening to phone calls, reviewing outreach attachments to improve/monitor performance
  • Ensure LM's are performing across all categories and coach/train to improve in respective categories (including referrals and new consignor acquisition). Liaise with authentication, operations and merchandising to provide training when needed
  • Field general Q&A from LMs.Manage elevated consignor issues directly with consignors and liaise with consignor relations to resolve
  • Ensure consignors are comfortable with their new LMs, manage re-assignments and placements
  • Analyze and optimize  existing client base and consignor opportunities
  • Monitor progress campaigns and ensure LMs are receiving the next campaign in a timely manner
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems 

What You Bring To The Role
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Strong communications, organization and leadership acumen
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly to the team and consignors
  • Motivated by a competitive spirit to excel and achieve in a sales driven environment 
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, provide empathy and build credibility with clients quickly
  • Efficiency and strong organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to use technological tools with ease G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week and occasionally work off-hours 
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • Vehicle, driver's license, and insurance required (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets)

Offers for qualifying positions in Sales (Associate Regional Director, Group Manager, Luxury Manager, and Single Market Luxury Manager) must be extended by 1/20/2021 with a start date of 1/31/2022. Start date is subject to satisfactory clearance of the background check. Company delays to the start date will not disqualify eligibility. Signing bonus valued at $5,000.00 to be paid in three installments. The first $1,000.00 will be issued in the pay period of employment. The second installment will be valued at $2,000 and will be issued following 3 months of employment. The third payment, valued at $2,000.00, will be issued in the pay period following six months of employment. Bonus is only payable if the employee is in good standing continuously through the date each payment is made.
