NV GALLERY is an online pure player for design furniture and home accessories. Our mission is to offer collections of unique and sophisticated furniture and home accessories at affordable price points and excellent quality.

 

As a fast-growing digital company with high potential, we are backed by a private investment fund and sell in 8 European countries. And we have opened our first Flagship Store in the heart of Paris in 2019.

M I S S I O N 

 

We are growing very fast in a promising market segment and want to pursue our way on becoming the go-to brand for affordable, sophisticated design furniture.

In direct collaboration with the CEO, the Creative and E-commerce Teams, your role is to collaboratively build and sustain the brand image by coordinating the overall marketing plan, working on our digital brand and content strategy to grow our organic traffic.

We are looking for a well-organized, driven and passionate profile that is a team player par excellence – and who will work with us on bringing our brand to the next level. Experience in the digital field is a must as well as strong copywriting skills and a real passion for Social Media strategy.

 

R E S P O N S A B I L I T I E S

Marketing strategy

 

∙          Defines and coordinates the Marketing Plan and ensures that timings are kept with all stakeholders (Design, Product Collections, E-Commerce, Flagship Store)

∙          Together with Junior Creative Director (JCD) and E-Commerce Team, plans timing of campaigns, commercial events, curations throughout all channels to ensure global 360° coherence of contents

∙          Ensure communication and timing between all departments, sets up meetings to coordinate   projects and resolves problems proactively

∙          Coordinate your team on the implementation of the marketing strategy online and offline

 

On-site Marketing + Content

 

∙          Together with Creatives, plans + uploads on-site contents and keeps the online store visually updated and coherent with overall planning (e.g. homepage features, banners, content pages, wordings)

∙          Responsible for planning and content creation (incl. copywriting) of The Magazine (our blog)

∙          Together with JCD, responsible for planning, content and upload of Style Stories

∙          Responsible for all editorial content and copywriting on the website, manages the translations for other languages

∙          Together with E-Commerce team and JCD, works on visual and ergonomic improvements of the    website

 

SEO Content + Strategy

 

∙          Together with E-Commerce teams, defines country specific strategies in order to increase the share of organic traffic

∙          Plans, verifies and creates SEO friendly content all over the website

∙          Together with Marketing Exec, sets up partnerships with external Blogs and websites to generate links

∙          Together with E-Commerce teams, follows, reports on and improves SEO KPIs proactively

 

Social Media

 

∙         Defines a global Social Media Content strategy, reports on KPIs and proactively proposes new innovative ways of improving these

∙         Together with Creative Team, plans, prepares and uploads Social Media Content over all channels (Instagra, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

∙         Challenges Creative Team by reviewing performance of created assets

∙          Responsible for community management, engagement and answering to comments

 

Newsletters + CRM

 

∙         Support if necessary the E-Commerce and Creative Team, in planning newsletters and makes sure that they are  coherent with global campaign and marketing planning

∙         Supports if necessary the E-Commerce Team in reporting and improving CRM KPIs through country specific approaches

Skills + Knowledge

∙         With a master’s degree of a business school or similar, your career has a clearly international             direction.

∙         Fluent English and French Level: your excellent level of English and French allows you to collaborate easily both in writing and orally. Any other language is a plus.

∙         You have a real interest in the fashion, interior design and lifestyle sector and are attentive to the latest trends.

∙         You know how the digital business world works and have already worked for strong, high quality brands.

∙         You have strong copywriting skills – you know how to create beautiful and SEO friendly content that is on-brand.

∙         Social Media algorithms? You are always up to date with the latest news.

∙         You already have an experience in management.
