Client Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the Direct to Consumer business at Danielle Frankel. S/he will own client interaction within the NYC atelier, oversee pre-sale client communication, and oversee customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Host all studio bridal consultations from start to finish providing superior customer service from booking through follow up and closing
• Act as the liaison between brides and production by communicating with current and perspective brides regarding fittings, appointments, payments, shipments, and general inquiries
• Keep track of shared calendar paying special attention to wedding dates, fittings for out of town brides, production timelines, among others
• Manage front desk phone and assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Polished and articulate
• Luxury retail background and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Passionate about fashion and the bridal industry
