HUGO BOSS is looking for a Senior Manager Collaborations BOSS (m/f/d) to join the Team at our global headquarter in Metzingen, Germany.

What you can expect:

• Accountable for the implementation, execution and monitoring of selected global collaboration projects for BOSS
• Translate global brand strategy and global collaboration strategy into meaningful brand collaborations: Identify the right collaboration and/or license partners and set up right marketing campaigns together with the project teams to reach defined KPIs and contribute to the brand targets in scope of responsibility
• Manage collaborations with external stakeholders: liaise with collab partner and external agencies to ensure a successful collaboration including but not limited to account management, campaign briefing, planning, execution and reporting
• Manage collaborations with internal stakeholders: coordinate cross-functional teams and departments to make sure all channels and internal touchpoints are informed and aligned on the collaboration in scope of responsibility
• Bring forward new initiatives and ideas, explore and develop strategies for new and engaging collaborations and activations to increase brand desirability and drive sales
• Support internal stakeholders in executing campaign activities, e.g. prepare product shoots, sample delivery, etc.
• Prepare and deliver campaign reports and monitor defined success KPIs to optimize strategy and activations based on results and insights

Your profile:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing team for a fashion brand or similar industry player with focus on collaborations project management skills
• Experience in working in brand marketing or brand collaborations in an international environment understanding global trends in brand collaboration marketing
• Experience in license business in the fashion industry is a plus
• Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Fluent in English both verbally and written
