We're looking for a hyper-organized, multi-tasking, and self-motivated person ready for the challenges that come with supporting the Office of the COO.
To be successful in this role you'll need to have a great eye for detail, be someone who has the willingness to lean into ambiguity and understand that we are building the rocket as we fly! You'll need to be open-minded and proactive in finding the most creative ways to increase the efficiency of the Office of the COO team members by strategically managing their day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up meetings and performing ongoing calendar analysis to optimize time and bandwidth
  • Planning and organizing travel and daily agendas as needed, to maximize efficiency
  • Assist with Burst planning (organizing travel, accommodation, etc)
  • Manage inboxes and prep emails as needed
  • Collaborate with Expansion Pack and Chief of Staff to drive big rocks projects forward
  • And really whatever the team throws at us!


Qualifications

  • Be an expert with administrative support and scheduling
  • Be a proactive problem-solver - always planning ahead
  • Be able to handle sensitive material and information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Be a confident decision-maker and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Have meticulous attention to detail
  • Have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to think analytically
  • Have great communication skills. You'll work with many different stakeholders, senior leadership, and large teams internally and externally.
  • You know when to ask for help.
  • Be multidisciplinary; no two days look the same and you'll have to be comfortable with ambiguity
  • A can-do attitude and a team player, willing to go the extra mile to get the right answers
