JOB SUMMARY

Acting as the Integrated Marketing team's content "architect," the Senior Manager of Content Marketing will specialize in aggregating all global content creation briefs, optimizing and prioritizing in line with resources and budget, and briefing Creative Operations and Photo Studio teams on all deliverable requirements each season.
Success in this role will begin with auditing the current landscape of global content needs against our existing content tiers (and annual/seasonal budget) to develop a framework from which to build out a holistic global content strategy in partnership with Integrated Marketing leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Project Manage Annual and Seasonal Content Planning & Briefing
  • Identify all annual and seasonal content needs from Global Integrated Marketing stakeholders, including Campaigns, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, Retail, Wholesale and Licensing partners
  • Partner with Creative Operations to determine seasonal production framework, aligning on timing, capacity, budget, and deliverables for each production
  • Manage delivery of all content production briefs to Creative Operations, ensuring all briefs are complete and delivered on-time through the proper systems
  • Build detailed shot lists for each production, including product details and marketing channel usage
  • Communicate with Creative Operations on real-time shifts in deliverables based on product sell through, inventory availability, or strategic shifts in the business priorities
  • Maintain continuous knowledge and status on all content production briefs and shot lists, act as the liaison between Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative Ops on all content production briefs and shot lists
  • Brief Sample Operations on all necessary product information prior to style outs and shoots
  • Prep and attend internal marketing shoots and style outs as necessary

Apply Strategic Lens to Planning & Problem Solving
  • Continuously audit briefs for duplicate or redundant requests to drive operational efficiencies / cost savings wherever possible
  • Flag when we're over capacity or over budget, and lead discussions on prioritization and tradeoffs
  • Assess holistic content needs for season and make recommendations on production approach based on brief requirements and deliverables
  • Proactively identify and quickly resolves obstacles in the planning and briefing process

Education + Prior Experience
  • BA/BS or relevant experience
  • 7+ Years of relevant experience in content marketing
