To support the Product Strategy Director in co-ordinating product content for merchandising training and retail communications. In addition to content co-ordination, providing additional support to the strategy team through analysis and development of core business strategies. The role supports all categories across Women's, Men's, Accessories and Children's.


Co-ordinate product knowledge content
o Create template for each collection product knowledge pack, proposing the stories and themes to anchor the training around (to then be aligned with copy and brand teams)
o Lead kick off meeting with merchandising to complete product knowledge
o Once co-ordinated with merchandising, review and update content (copy, layout, fonts) before passing document to copy and on to translations company
o Manage translations (co-ordinate with external vendor, manage queries and communication of purchase orders, log against a tracker to manage budget)
o Oversee translations budget and co-ordinate purchase orders via Ariba
o Distribute final content to Retail (e.g. upload main packs on Store Manual, post on chat groups, or liaise with other teams for other channels TB Inspo / Retail update)
Support product strategies
o Research market and competitor trends
o Assist with analysis and assessment for development of core strategies
o Assist with other strategic presentations


Prior role in either Merchandising or Communications or Training content development

Luxury Fashion sector background preferable
• Presentation skills essential (must be highly competent on Powerpoint or Keynote)
• Analytical (excel skills) helpful
• Strategic thinking / ability to think of the bigger picture and not just detail
