As Private Clients Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in driving the Private Clients revenue for the Galvan Studio in New York City. Introducing clients to the suite of Galvan services, ensuring a seamless, exceptional luxury customer experience all while building brand loyalty and evolving the Galvan client book. You will support client appointments in the New York Studio, clients’ inquiries and product searches as well as manage waiting lists for highly desirable items.

You will be a part of the New York retail team and support studio administrative tasks. You will learn the ins and out of a retail business and support multiple departments. 

Job Duties:

The role of Private Clients Assistant will include a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Store Manager and Private Client Manager to ensure that all client data is efficiently captured and tracked
  • Provide an end-to-end luxury service whilst building client relations with the brand
  • Drive incremental revenue to Galvan by developing new clients to the brand
  • Manage, deliver and flawlessly execute in-Studio and at-home service offering to all clients – including existing customers in Galvan database
  • Track personal sales against targets ensuring KPIs are met – support reports daily, weekly and monthly in a timely and high quality manner whilst providing comprehensive feedback on customer engagement
  • Support the studio from administrative perspective including but not limited to accuracy of stock, visual merchandising, ordering of supplies  
  • Be a positive and professional reflection upon the Galvan brand in all internal and external interaction
  • Partner with all Galvan teams to effectively deliver world class client services
  • Support events both in store and off-site 
  • Potential travel around the US for off site pop up events and trunkshows 

Skills and Qualifications Desired:

  • Enthusiastic and innovative with proven experience in the area of private client management
  • Partner with Private Client Manager to meet budget requirements, produce weekly sales reports and analysis to London HQ

  • Experience gained in a luxury brand environment
  • A proactive self-starter, who is results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a highly efficient, responsive manner combined with a sense of urgency
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate clearly and effectively, externally and internally
  • Experience in an ecommerce and digital marketing environment, preferably in the retail, luxury, fashion related industries
  • Degree level
