The Team

The TA team focus on the following core activities; Attract, recruit and select top talent including exec search, Employer branding, direct sourcing and talent pipelines, Enable internal mobility in collaboration with TD & HRBPs, Increase HM capability in design of attraction & selection tools, Design & manage future talent program's i.e. Interns/university relations, improving candidate experience and increasing productivity of hiring.

The Position

The Srn TA&B Director - The role Creates and drives the PVH Europe Talent Acquisition and branding Strategy. Ensuring the Talent Acquisition function has the appropriate structure, resources and capabilities to support the growth and vision of the business in Europe. Leading the Talent Acquisition team, this role is accountable and responsible for building business capability by hiring top talent into PVH through employer branding, attraction and recruitment practices.

Reporting into the VP Talent, the successful candidate will lead, coach and develop a team of 30 TA professionals including contractors, with 5 direct reports. The experts in this team are responsible for hiring 800 plus role in Amsterdam HQ (2021 numbers) going forward the team will also be responsible for operating as a true COE for EU teams in the Markets including designing tools, technology, practices and processes which can be leverages across Europe. The primary focus is to give a consistent best in class service to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuous improvement of the TA&B function, including establishing strategy, vision and priorities which enhance the candidate, associate and line manager experience leading to a more productive business outcome
  • Leading a team of 30 TA Professionals
  • Leads Talent Acquisition function including management of team across; external workforce, operational recruiting, executive search and selection, TA excellence, employer branding and sourcing
  • Engage with the business and HRBPs to drive TA from a strategic and operational point of view, identifying through the People Plans the key elements of focus to optimize business performance
  • Team leadership & development: Enable, support and build high performing team
  • Work with the global corporate leaders & functions to ensure consistent employer branding, a compelling candidate experience and the development of high-quality company-wide TA processes and tools
  • Act as innovator for Europe supporting and guiding country organizations in Europe and implement TA strategies, processes and tools regionally
  • Capability Building: Build strong selection capabilities, criteria & tools that deliver high quality hires
  • Ensure PVH has the progressive innovative TA systems, tools, technology and approach to attract and recruit the best talent with a strong fit
  • Build effective partnerships with business and HR stakeholders, supporting the organization with guidance, analysis and insights
  • Evolve TA practices in response to ever changing talent landscapes externally and increased business demand
  • Identify skills & resource gaps in critical talent segments to build talent pipelines, communities and sourcing strategies to drive success
  • Financial planning and budget management
  • Accountable for vision & development of internship program
  • Analytics and Measurement. Working with HRIS teams to drive 360 degree view of candidate experience metrics - identifying input and output metrics, cause and effect, and correlative attributes. Analyse key metrics to uncover trends and root causes that inform service design. Share these insights with key HR and business stakeholders to increase awareness
  • Lead global project implementation through EU for initiatives such as Hireview and Workday ATS, be the voice of the region when shaping initiatives
  • Partner with HR peers to co design the infrastructure, and implementation of key processes which deliver continuous improvement
  • The role will be a member of the EMEA HR Leadership team and will act as an SME whilst also contributing to wider initiatives and projects which lead the people and business strategy execution

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 6 years experience leading TA teams
  • Demonstrates high levels of accountability for own and teams results
  • Experienced C Suite Business Partnering professional including experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Commercially driven and high levels of business acumen
  • Leadership and visioning, able to engage at an individual team and organizational level including outside of HR
  • Utilizes an analytical, systems thinking and creative approach with stakeholders, peers and team to find or invent solutions and agreements
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly
  • Shares information actively and deals with conflict constructively
