POSITION SUMMARY:

To develop visual merchandising strategy for Tommy Hilfiger China market and elevate consumer experience for TH stores. Work together with the line manager, Global and APAC VM team to plan out seasonal VM guidelines for window display implementation, mannequin looks and product presentation.

Lead seasonal VM training program.

Cooperate with cross functional teams and deliver excellent retail storytelling in 4 'R': Right time, Right way and Right quality with Right cost.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

1, Work closely with VM manager on seasonal and fundamental VM guideline development for TH stores.

2, Create authentic styling ethos for TH brand and enhance mannequin looks following trends.

3, Connect with APAC VM team and adapt seasonal campaign direction for China TH stores. Lead seasonal window props and VM elements ordering.

4, Cooperate with design team on seasonal storytelling for local exclusive capsules or collections.

5, Drive consumer experience and elevate retail journey based on local customer insights.

6, Collaborate with cross functions and align on zoning, assortment and new store opening process for TH.

7, Support Retail VM team on pinnacle stores opening setup and seasonal campaign change out.

8, Create seasonal VM training tools for World of Hilfiger. Lead training program by season for Retail and Franchise VM team.

9, Assist APAC VM team on prototype, pricing, bidding and contract agreement. Cooperate with local relevant teams on process.

10, Assist Line Manager on VM props ordering and payment process.

11, Fully support business teams to the sales achievement. Collaborate with Retail and Franchise VM team to deliver flawless visual merchandising execution in TH stores.

12, Support Marketing, HR, Region, Franchise teams on meeting, retail projects and events.

KEY COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • VM work experience 5 years above.

Skills:
  • Good window and graphic design capability, Proficiency in AI/Photoshop.
  • Good English communication capability.(CET4/CET6)
  • Good presentation and communication Skills.
  • Better learning about Chinese different region culture, can work in different city for often.
  • Good planning and priority management.
  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work under pressure independently.

Education: Graphic design or apparel major, College education or above.
